Hotel Laurence - Rome

The hotel was spacious and clean with free Wi-Fi. the friendly staff offered great advice to help with getting around the city. the hotel is just a short bus ride away from the city center, with a bus stop located right outside.

The hotel was a little noisy due to group tours staying in the hotel. the breakfast could have been better, however, it was enough to fuel us for the day.

we liked our stay in laurence. perfect for trip.

Simple but generally a good quality

In full summer the air conditioning wasn't working in my room. I called the reception and they told me it was off and will be activated in the rooms in about 15 minutes (????). It didn't work my whole stay and the reception didn't care to check.

Special mention to Ana who even drove us to a local supermarket. Hotel was clean, comfortable, safe, and had everything we needed. Receptionists were nice, and the location was convenient for the hospital and shopping.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

1-the location was fine by us but we had a car, the hotel is 25 km far from the city centre/city parkings 2-the area around the hotel is quite run-down 3-a/c didnt work well in both rooms 4-the rooms we stayed at have the smallest tv ever seen, like 7" 5-breakfast is kinda poor

I enjoyed mainly the calmness, but sometimes I heard the next room neighbours, having a shower at 3,00 am.. hahha... The breakfast was a little bit poor, I mean lack o variety,, Fortunately Capuccino was great... It's a quiet and nice hotel to stay and rest, after long walk over Rome...

The first day we had a problem with the drenagge shower-hole,, the water acummulated,, but I warned the Director to fix out, and the day after everything was right.

It is also close to the airport, making it ideal for travelers. the rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing atmosphere. the staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. Some guests mentioned that the hotel could improve on soundproofing in the rooms.

Was all ok. Only one thing was not very good, but it was not hotel's problem. METRO FROM TOWN CENTER GO TILL 9 p.m.

The comfort and convenience of transport to Rome

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception were kind and helpful. They provided us with all the information we needed and even booked taxis for us. The hotel had a very Italian breakfast with delicious coffee, croissants, rusks, jams, and other sweet treats. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of a mall and close to the hospital. There was also a bus stop nearby that connected us to the city center in just one hour.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The staff were incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was varied with yogurt, fruits, cereals, and pastries. The public transportation was conveniently located to explore the city.

The Wi-Fi in our room was not working due to maintenance. , the soundproofing of our room could have been better as we could hear some noise from other guests.

Everything was very poor but still worth value (50 euros/night)

Air conditioning is poor. Breakfast is very poor. I could find a hundred ways to improve this place.
